He Was Too Good To Me (Barry Galbraith, guitarra eléctrica)

An unsung hero of mine, playing a tune I guess not very familiar to many, but one of my favourites. This was recorded in the fifties.It's a Rogers and Hart composition written in the thirties, which like "Spring Can Really Hang You Up the Most" by Fran Landesman and Tommy Wolf, became a jazz "standard" without ever really being popular with the general public.

Barry Galbraith worked with the best as a "sideman" and was reputed to be the inspiration to some of those who followed him like a couple of other favourites of mine, Tal Farlow...
