The Egyptian Dance and Fugue (or earlier Arabian Nights) was composed for a premiere at the Cairo Opera House in 2015. This is an Hommage to the great Egyptian musican Sayed Darwish, considered as the father of popular Egyptian music. This is the Hungarian premiere recorded October 2015 at the Fricsay Hall of the University of Szeged, during the Autumn Festival. The Szeged Guitar Orchestra including students of the University of Szeged, concertmaster Péter Girán, featuring Zsófia Kálnay, mezzosoprano, conducted by David Pavlovits.
