Here is a recording I rediscovered from earlier this year. It is a beautiful and evocative meditation by the amazing Australian composer Phillip Houghton who sadly passed away not that long ago. I play this work on an exquisite instrument by Daniel Zucali, which excellently rises to the challenge posed by this piece. Zucali kindly lent me one of his guitars over the last year and I have had a wonderful time exploring the different sounds the instrument has to offer. I hope you enjoy this recording!
